Rheanna Nicole ‘rhe’ Zotto is a New York City based independent folk-pop singer/songwriter known for her "captivating charm" (UN Indie Folk Review) and "impressive vocal strength" (Playlist Picasso). Her 2024 EP Post-Mortem Postcards has been described as an “uplifting indie folk“ debut and is currently available for streaming on all music platforms along with three 2026 singles off her upcoming album HERE & NOW. You can presently find her on stages across the five boroughs of NYC as a featured solo act, or as part of the girl band Milky Way Garden . 

Rheanna holds a Master of Arts degree in Music, is a NYS-Certified Music Educator (K-12) & maintains board certification as a Neurologic Music Therapist (MT-BC & NMT). With the 2026-2027 school year, she is beginning a new role as an elementary music teacher in a special education setting within the NYC DOE.
